SoundBrake is a software tool provided for convenience and general awareness only. It does not constitute medical advice. The volume thresholds and timing used are approximations based on publicly available occupational hearing-protection guidelines (NIOSH, WHO). They are not a substitute for professional audiological assessment. If you have concerns about your hearing, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
